We work at a deep level, involving mind, emotions and the body reality.
That requires concentration and safety, and you will benefit huuugely from feeling comfortable in it.
For our meetings, choose a time and place where you feel free from distractions, and able to fully immerse yourself into exploration and transformation:)
You can light a candle, hang up your favorite fabric, pour yourself a refreshing drink you enjoy, reach for a pleasant essential oil, and perhaps also grab your journal and a pen. Sometimes, you might even want to bring out some art or craft supplies.
Or perhaps you prefer just a clean space and an airy, well-ventilated room.
Whatever helps you personally feel comfortable and see things as they truly are — as time for yourself, self-care, and a space for deep exploration, realizations, and adventure.
It is best to join the meeting from a computer rather than a phone.
Also, you can set your phone to silent mode.
Of course, everything can unfold in the best possible way — even from your phone, or while you’re at a café on your way to work; my clients have achieved wonderful processes and results even under those circumstances.
Still, it’s better to reserve such scenarios for unexpected situations, and instead plan your session from a place where you feel truly empowered.
After the meeting, it’s a good idea to set aside an unhurried hour — you can attend to other matters if necessary, but take your time; it’s better to give yourself space to process the outcomes of the meeting and integrate results.
Check the quality of your internet connection; if you have any doubts, set up a backup option, for example, mobile internet.
